I took about an 8 month decon break and I’m now getting back into it. I lost about 0.4” in BPEL as I was up over 7.25” BPEL at one point. I’d love to get back to that since, with the addition of fat pad loss, it would put me very close to my goal. The thing is it took me a long time to get there. I know everyone’s different but I would like to hear from people who went through a long decon and then regained. Was it easier to get it back or should I expect a similar time frame to get there.
I have no personal experience with this, but I have read several accounts of people getting back their results after a decon break pretty quick. Maybe you can find another post with the kind of information you need.
