Hello everyone, I’m into my 4th week of Jelqing now, started with a heavy routine and got tired and annoyed quickly. Now I started the JP 90 day routine last week and have already seen good results and PI. Currently I’m 7” erect and 5.4” girth and am aiming for an 8x6. How long do you think that will take to achieve? I’m in no rush but am curious on the amount of time. I also am wondering the risks of jeqling, are there severe risks with the JP 90 routine? I warm up by taking a very hot shower to warm up my penis and do helicopters and stretches accordingly. I am doing 2 days on 1 off for the routine and am edging once a day for sexual stamina and to push blood to cement and further gains. Any advice or recommendations would be great!

There are a vast number of ‘how long will it take’ threads here. The answer is always the same. We don’t know if you are a hard gainer or an easy gainer. We can’t tell how much force you use in your routines, or how sensitive you are to what is happening to your penis as you do PE. Some lucky guys gain an inch in length and half an inch of girth in a few months; for others it can measure in years. But if the routine is working for you, be consistent, don’t change it unless your gains stop, and you will get to where you want to be!

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
