I workout my body doing push-ups, curls, sit-ups etc. Can I incorporate the penis exercises with my workouts or should I do them on my off days?

I do the same, there is no problem with it. The only thing that is a bit funny, when I get all pumped up from working my body. The blood spreads trough the whole body, so some times the penis can shrink a bit. But after 30 min it’s back as before. There is no problem with it, do it when you can and how you want. Start with the newbie routine and go safe.

I lift Mon - Fri. And I PE 2 on 1 off. in fact after I lift and get home and take my shower I’m all flaccid and warmed up for my PE. Shouldn’t interfere.


Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.75", BPEL - 8.25".. Tip EG - 5.75".. Base EG - 6.25

I lift 6 days a week. I do manual stretching everyday, and I jelq 2 on 1 off. I really haven’t noticed a difference on my lifting days versus rest days with regards to PE, so you should be fine with whatever you decide.


Start of PE Career (Sep 08): BPEL 5", MSEG 5"

Now: BPEL 6.125", MSEG 5.3125"

Just do your PE after you do your body exercises.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
