Exercising the inner penis

After 90 day beginners routine, I still do not have any erection improvement and no morning wood. Even during jelqing it was difficult to stay 70% erect before it starts to drop. I feel that my erection should be the way it is right before ejaculation which is when I am truly 100%. I then stumbled upon inner penis exercises of BTB stretching/jelqing. Now I am starting to think that erection problems deal with the workings of the inner penis because now I have morning wood after years of not having it. Does anybody else have any experience or opinions about this?
