Hi all,

I have been PEing for about 6 months, and I just added pumping two weeks ago. What is the best order for the following exercises: jelqing, stretching and pumping? I am used to stretch, jelq and pump.

For me what worked better was 12 minutes stretching 10 jelqing then the pump for 40min to 1 hour.

I don’t pump (yet), but I find that jelqing first helps with just about anything else which follows, including stretching. I consider it a working warm-up, and even a one-stop workout, sort of like burpees and jumping jacks. I have been jelqing for 10-15 mins, then clamping (very light clamp routine, just getting into it). The jelqing helps generate a workable plumpness and firmer erection when I decide to move to heavier work.

Try it every which way, though, then reverse it and turn it upside down. If I’ve learned nothing else from years in the gym and from sites such as Thunders, it is that no two workouts are the same, and no two bodies show the same response to the same treatment.

I tend to do it from less aggressive ones and progressing. So stretching, jelqs then pumping seems pretty reasonable, in the sense: stretching with 0% erection, jelqing with 40-80% erection and pumping with 100% erection.

How the order of the exercises will impact gains, hard to figure this out. Only testing to be sure.

My pictures

My first 2-3 weeks of pe I did jelqing first and made .125” gain. That is my monthly average gains so far but I have done stretching first since then. I don’t think order matters. If stretching exhaust you too much to stay full while jelqing then change the order.
