Exercises for girth? And proportionate goals?

Hey guys,

So been doing basic PE about a week now, figured I’d remeasure after the first month. But I was wondering if there’s any exercises that increase girth? (Currently 7.5” BPEL and my MSEG is 4.8”.) Or is jelqing and stretching enough for now?

Also, in terms of proportions, what is a good ratio to aim for?

09/2017 Stats: NBPEL: 6.5" BPEL: 7.0” EG: 4.8”

End Goal - NBPEL: 7.25"-.50" BPEL: 7.75" EG: 5.5"

Uli’s.

Use your thumb and forefinger in an OK grip to squeeze at the base while erect or semi erect. Kegel in blood, and use the OK grip to trap it. It will make a harder, more inflated version of a normal erection. The tightness of the OK grip, and how much blood is trapped, and how hard you squeeze - all determine the intensity. So start with a light grip, and no squeezes. Then work up the intensity over a few months.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

In terms of proportion, I think it’s very subjective. As long as a girl isn’t complaining she can’t feeling anything but you poking her cervix, you are cool. Personally I think 5.2-5.5 girth is good proportionally to your 7.5 BPEL and anything more is a nice bonus.

Stick the routine for now and wait until you’re properly conditioned then you can try other heavier more risky girth exercises. Also what BD suggested, that’s not too heavy for someone just starting out and you only need your hands to do it.

Are Uli’s a manual version of clamping? I thought that Uli’s was squeezing the base with one hand and squeezinq with the other hand+moving it upward.

BPEL: 6,8" MEG: 5,4" BPFSL: 7,2" (Started on August 2017)

1 month break in December

BPEL: 7,52" MEG: 5,55" (January 2018)

I’ve always interpreted it as a manual way of clamping with less intensity.

So, correct me if I’m wrong, my understanding is do this:
Light ok grip around the base, and then do kegals until fully erect?

So something like this:
Short term goal is to have a 5.2+ girth and a 7.75+ BPEL
Long term is having 5.5-6 girth and a 8-8.25 BPEL

Is that a possible and fair goal? I’m not looking for something that’s massively intimidating, just something that’s healthy and developed.

I know its not something you can rush, but just so I know that I’m doing the right thing, is there a time limit that I should be expecting to be able to reach those goals? Like, in your experience(s) how did the growth go for you?

Definitely possible!

In terms of time, you’ll have to figure it out yourself: everybody reacts differently to PE. Some see fast gains in the very first months, some don’t see any gain at all for a few months and have to find out what’s working for them. But everybody will reach a plateau at some point and will have to adapt: that’s where the newbie gains end.

I’d say that you’ll reach your BPEL goals quite fast. Girth’s a different thing. A lot of guys have a hard time growing it, myself included. But you shouldn’t focus on girth too much at first. Stick to the newbie routine. A vet in PE (Richard) advised me to start at a 1on/2off rate, adding 1 day on each month until I reached 5on/2off. It seems to work well for me. Try to do nice jelqs: 5 secs each stroke and get a pleasant feeling of blood filling your penis. After being conditioned for a few months, you’ll cautiously try more advanced methods for girth growing.

To answer your last question: I’ve just started PE 2 months ago and I’ve gained 1/2 inch BPEL, and barely anything in girth.

Good luck!

What about Jelq squeezes? Does anyone think this is good to incorporate? Or are Uli’s preferred ?

Since you’ve just started, stick to one handed stuff only. Gently squeezing the base with the OK grip and learning to inflate the unit with more and more blood by kegeling.

So what kind of “rep scheme” should I use with this?

Spend a couple minutes on it at first. Err on the side of under-doing it rather than over-doing it whenever trying a new exercise. Once familiar with it and your body’s response, it’s all up to you.

So basically try and get as much blood in as possible, then relax for a bit, let it go down and then repeat for a 2-3 rounds?

What I can tell about proportions is that mine looks shorter than it really is. I actually only believe in my length because a ruler showed it. I also have a high erection angle, which doesn’t help. So mickthedick’s suggestion sounds good.

(09/2017): 7.3" BPEL x 6.0" MSEG (start)

(09/2021): 7.8" BPEL x 6.9" MSEG
