I have been faithfully doing what I call “rotary bends” or “manual hand drill” for the last month and I have acheived .25” increase in MSEG going from 5.25” to 5.5”

It is likely not a “new” exercise, but let me describe it.

With a 50% to 70% erection I grip my penis with both hands as if they were grasping the handlebars of a motorcycle or bicycle — palms down thumbs next to each other.

The penis is grasped with simply the thumb and forefinger of each hand.

Provide some slack skin and a separation of 1-2” between the two hands.

Proceed to create a rotary action of bending as if your penis is a manual hand drill.

Execute 20-30 rotations clockwise, then 20-30 rotations counter-clockwise.

Begin with one hand as close to the base as possible, and move toward the glans 1” at a time for each set of 40-60 rotations.

Stop when the “outside hand” is grasping at the shaft/glans interface just below the meatus.

Between each repetition, perform 5-10 gentle jelqs, and one Uli#3 hold for 10 sec.

The results have been simply amazing.

Sitting is a very hot bath prior to these exercises is preferrable.

I don’t think I’ve heard of this exercise, but the principle sounds similar to bends and sadsak slinky. Might give yours a try tonight.

I’ve been doing exactly this for many months as a warm down exercise. I never thought of it as a girth exercise, but maybe you’re right. I shift it around to cover the entire shaft.

Sadsak Slinky is a sinusoidal exercise — that’s what gives it the “slinky”.

The exercise I have been doing is a rotary exercise. It is not performed up and down the shaft in one motion.

The rotary component is performed on a 1”-2” cross section of the penis multiple times, beginning at the base and moving sequentially up the shaft towards the glans until the entire tunica albuginea has been exercised.

Semi-erect bends? Closer? Be careful on what you do to your erect penis, by the way.

The difference in the exercise I am describing is the rotary motion.

It is not a lateral bend.

It is not a dorsal bend.

It is not a sinusoidal “slinky” wave bend.

It is a rotary/helical bend, as when one uses a manual non-powered antique hand drill.

Envision the round knob is where you hold the base of your penis, and the center handle is where you grab the shaft. The rotary action needed to drill into a board is the same you apply to the tunica, although the radius of rotation is obviously smaller unless you have a 15” girth (lol).

The image of a hand drill keeps me from completing this exercise, I end up dying of laughter half way through.

My status thread

After taking a bit of a deconditioning break (2 weeks) I can happily report that an increase from 5.25” to 5.375” MSEG may have been cemented. (down from peak of 5.5)

I am starting back on the rotary bends, jelqs and ULI#3’s.

Woohoo — 5.75” here I come.
