When doing a workout, is there any benefit or disadvantage to performing a certain exercise before another? Ex: Jelqing and stretching

I am sure you will get replies for both combinations, but for me, the preferred method by far is stretch first and jelq last. Jelqing fills your cock with blood and if done last, you will finish your routine with a nice thick low hanging flaccid.

If you stretch after you jelq, you will squeeze all of the blood out of your cock and you will finish skinny and long.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I would agree with Gprent. I think that is pretty much standard.

Also if you jelq first, think about the lubricant which is difficult to remove completely for a good stretch
