Hey guys i noticed that when i do jogging,sprinting after my newbie workouts that its very effective and that my cock becomes thick mpore than PE newbie routine without and im feeling so much better.

Thanks for the tip but i usally do my sprints and workouts on rest days.I do my PE newbie routine at the morning and i do my workouts at night.
