Last night I had the best hang I have ever done.

Bundled tunica 6 sets 30s
Long shlong heli 4 sets 30s
Stretch to the sides 6 sets 30s
5 min break
20 min hang with 7.5 lbs.

I recently made a captain’s wench and I have not been able to grab the internals. I was wrapping with ace bandage and then the therawrap, but my forskin would slide forward and all the stretch was on my skin and not the tunica. Last night I got a piece of therawrap 2 inches wide and long enough to go around my penis one time and put it around, with the middle of the sheet around the rim of the head with all forskin pulled back. Then I wrapped with the ace bandage and went down further than usual, going down 3/4 of the way down my shaft. I put the weight on and felt nothing,but stretch in my ligs and tunica. I know it wasn’t my skin stetching because my skin was very loose on my shaft when usually it is tight from it being stretched
Just thought I would help shine some light on whether or not you can grab the internals. It is all in the wrap!

Man, sorry nobody replied back yet bigbencherjj - not sure why but I didn’t realize ‘till now that you’d posted in this thread again.

Given that you’ve been PE’ing for 1 year and 1 month, I’d think that your unit is well-conditioned for whatever PE you may throw at it - however, you should still always ease into a new/advanced exercise.

Like I said, if you’re really feeling the routine then I don’t see any point in stopping it. Remember -

If this is working for you, then keep doing it. Once it stops working for you, find something else that does and continue doing that until it stops. When that stops working for you, find something else that will. Rinse and Repeat :p .
