Stvt, you will learn that the wiki and search button are your best friends. I suggest you read up on everything you can before asking questions because 95% of the questions you have have been answerd. Anywho to answer your question, it all is different from one induvisual to another. Some could take up to a year or more to see results others see them in weeks, some in months. It varies, you can only stay motivated and be consistant with it.
