Evaluate This Routine
As a beginner, I’ve lurked hear and read for quite awhile. So I’ve settled on this routine for the first three months after which I would like to add hanging. So here is the routine:
100 Jelq every other day (5 min heat first) then Bathmate 15 min. Planning onincreasing to 200 in 50 increments over the next 2 months.
Is this ok for a start? Too little? I thought about doing some manual stretches also after the Jelqs-stretch and hold for 3 min x 3. Worthwhile?
