As a beginner, I’ve lurked hear and read for quite awhile. So I’ve settled on this routine for the first three months after which I would like to add hanging. So here is the routine:

100 Jelq every other day (5 min heat first) then Bathmate 15 min. Planning onincreasing to 200 in 50 increments over the next 2 months.

Is this ok for a start? Too little? I thought about doing some manual stretches also after the Jelqs-stretch and hold for 3 min x 3. Worthwhile?

I would do your manual stretches first after you warm up. Otherwise looks solid.

Point taken. Thanks! One other concern-it was noted in my readings here, that the Bathmate doesn’t have a gauge to determine pressure applied. Does one just go by comfort? I’ve use it twice so far and gotten considerable pumped extension and it has been quite comfortable during and after. Actually it feels quite enjoyable sitting in a nice hot bath relaxing.
