European brothers give me a hand

So i’ve read about ADS and decided to make one.
But as you can see i’m not from the states so it’s been hard to find the correct items as i’m no DYO kind of guy.
1) Tried to do the Shunga ADS but could not find a wrist support like that, on-line prices are too much as well.
2) The Captn’s Wench looks easy but i’ve searched with no luck for those items.
3) Paul’s Homemade Penis Extender, bought everything but the Small PVC Tube Ends. I can’t find them anywhere. no home depots or walmart’s here.

Anyone from Europe that has the same kind of problem?
