Erections not as hard

I have now been doing p.e for 2 weeks

The problem is when I go and have sex I don’t feel as if my erections are 100% as they were is this normal ?
Am I not given my self enough time to (not “2”) recover from p.e?

Would love to (not “2”) here your advice

Yo Derry, read the guidelines like Boss said and then come back and tell us what your routine looks like. You’re probably looking at additional rest days, a slightly reduced routine or maybe just some kegels depending on what your routine consists of right now.

If you think your erection problem is due to PE then sitting back for a few days might not be a bad idea. Do you jelq vey hard? Stretch very hard? Take a 4-5 days rest and restart. Make sure you strictly follow the Newbie routine. Could your erection problem be due to any other reasons like stress, alcohol etc?

Is this the same newbie routine as listed in the newbie routine wiki page? If it is, then my recommendation is to switch to 2 on 2 off for a couple weeks until your penis gets conditioned to all the abuse.

Sounds like overtraining. How hard are you jelqing? You only need to jelq hard enough to move the blood to gain expansion. How hard are you stretching? You only need to stretch hard enough to pull on the ligs. Too much of either of these two will result in weaker erections. As will toomany kegels, but if you’re following the newbie routine that shouldn’t be the problem.

Yes, take a couple of days off until you get 100% hard erections again. Then continue the newbie routine. Use the time in between to read around the forum to make sure it won’t happen again.

I had the same problem. I also found that clamping seemed to make my wood “lazy” and it would only stay up a short while.

I found edging, for 30+ minutes per day, got rid of these problems. My dick got harder and stayed up longer. Now I very much enjoy edging.

I am not a newbie at all and I do 2 on 2 off. And even 1 on 2 off. My point is that some of us just take longer to recover then others. Come up with what works best for you and do it. Some of the best gainers take what others do and modify it to fit themselves.

No - it’s not always overtraining. Some guys just don’t respond well to PE and you may be one of them. Everyone will give you a different opinion and that’s why this site is great but my advice would be to take a break - don’t do anything for 2-3 weeks and start up again slowly. If the problems persist then PE probably isn’t for you.

Got to disagree fauxreal on the “PE probably isn’t for you” comment. He is a newbie and his dick just isn’t conditioned to deal with the stress for PE, yet. Do an easy newbie routine for 2 months. Slowly building your tolerance.

PE is for you! Just go slow my man. It will not happen over night. It will not happen in a week or a month. Progress is measured in a span of about 2-3 months. Or even in 6-8 months.

It’s not so much I can’t get 1 it’s as (nyquist) said it feels lazy I allso don’t think I am over doing it as I am takeing it a slow and carefull as I possably can
