Lately I admited to myself my EQ isnt what I really like.Long time I was sort of fooling myself because I did the job but there were 2 main problems..

1.Achiving erection to 90% or more was many times long, I always had to stimulate myself to get it and also imagining some porn stuff or else. I don’t know if this is normal, but I would like to get erection without manual stimulation.
2.When I got it if I didnt “operate” it was gone in some seconds.I hate this also.Achiving it and then you are in some sort of micro stress because you can relax , because it will go away instantly..

I run and weightlift, and eat quite clean stuff.Maybe some supplements to add and to cut down on MEAT and FATS a little more, but otherwise I think this stuff is in order..
Mentally yes I think I am very succeptible to some factors but this is again something it is only in my hands..

What I am asking is which exercises will improve EQ and how to not over do them (and still work on PE goals).
Ok I have jelqs and Kegels.First I feel they are ok.But kegels I don’t know.I almost feel them as negative.Is it because I should do them erected ( that would be quite a task given my EQ and problems with achiving it).Help mi how to do them correctly and in what quantity..
Also probably less porn because I feel I am getting less sensitive ..

I would say that most of your issues are more mental than physical. I noticed I was having a similar issue years ago. I think that over desensitization with porn can happen without knowing it. I started thinking about sex in a way that was not effective. To fix my way of thinking I tried remembering what it was like when I had more intense urges and greater hard ons. For me I realized that I was think about things like blow jobs in a warped way. I was thinking about the things I saw and what it should be like rather than what was really going on. So to fix this I thought about the act in it’s most raw form. I was thinking about my dick in another persons mouth and what kind of experience that brought me and them. I think desensitization from to much porn generalizes these acts into a scene rather than an experience. Next time your fantasizing think about the details and feelings rather than a general situation. This may help.

As far as the PE goes, I would definitely look up some stuff on kegels, edging, and jelqing. These three things should help EQ if done right. Also kegels don’t have to be done hard. They strengthen the prostate not the penis. The prostate is a major part of what makes your dick work so kegels should really help.

I also don’t think that your issue is as bad as you may think it is. Getting hard isn’t as easy when you aren’t physically touching it. That’s just normal. Getting just a semi from looking at something hot isn’t a bad thing. It all depends on your arousal level. If your really horny then yeah you should be able to pop a boner without touching it but if your not super horny then don’t worry about it. Half the time your probably thinking about trying to get hard more than you are fantasizing. This could be the problem. Your arousal level will also effect how long you can hold an erection. If your not super horny and you get hard don’t expect it to stay hard for very long.

Have you tried horny goat weed? Also pomegranate juice is effective at increasing erection quality and sex drive.

Great advice there Bruno - I sadly suffer from exactly the same desensitising effect, have found the method you mentioned helps a lot.

Fed your not alone I am trying to over come much of the same stuff, I think mine is a combination of mental and physical.

You could also stop watching/reduce the amount of porn you watch? I done this a few times, it definitely helps, only downside is that I usually watch porn when I get bored, so you might have to make sure you keep busy!

You don’t mention your age. My own observation is that in my younger days, just the thought of a naked girl and “SCHWING!!” Big Jake was ready to go. Now that I’m in my 50’s, even looking at porn doesn’t usually result in an erection. I do not have ED - I’m able to get it up for sex with my wife and can stimulate myself to erection and ejaculation via masturbation. I’m able to have sex twice a day on the rare occasion that my wife is 1) available and 2) receptive.

So, depending on your age, it may be normal.

I do take arginine, pygeum, maca, damiana, tribulus, and occasionally yohimbe. They increase my EQ, but do not cause me to get spontaneous erections.

I’m glad I don’t have to worry about unplanned public erections anymore.

Thanks guys for some solid replies .Well I am 32.And I agree, a lot is mental.Sometimes I can be really mental midget.When EQ is good and everything works ok I am on top of the world, great, good blah blah.And then sometimes I cannot function and it really takes me down..

I had a herniated disc operation also.Can disc, back problems also have effect on erection levels and quality?
Well I am watching porn only when I masturbate, and I think I overuse it.It takes only few minutes a day when I am not with girl, but I agree that it takes something from you. So yes I will down also these 10, 15 minutes a day, because I probably don’t see sexual act in right context anymore..

So probably I want to eliminate as much of body reasons to focus on mental aspects.Thanks again!

I have the same problem, poor EQ but I am sure it is from watching too much porn, bloody Internet and all the free porn sites! I blame Larry Flynt!

Girth exercises usually have a good impact on EQ. Squeezes, bends, erect jelqs, clamping, etc…

All PE when done properly should improve EQ. All PE, when done too hard or for too long will DROP EQ down.

I recommend starting with a break or time off of about a week or two. Then, use a riduculously small amount of jelques and 10 kegels daily, take weekends off. Every week increase by about 1 minute of jelques, and 10 kegels. Watch your EQ carefully and make notes of changes. Also cut out or way down on porn and jerking off.

After a period of time, you will see EQ start to go up, eventually it will hit a peak and start going down again. Go back to what you were doing at your peak and use that as you “home base”. From there you can experiment with more or less, or more with every other day off, experiment and keep notes. The good thing is once you find your home base, you will be more able to do slight variations off of it and see clearly when your EQ is dropping too much, and you will know that its time to do more or less PE.

No Tossed Salad , erection are probably the same .I get masturbating erection faster but that is because of porn use.Otherwise uh oh, it would be a real trouble.Probably I really lost some feeling with the porn stuff.

But I read somewhere when erections are getting weaker getting more erections is good, because of the blood flow.So wouldn’t be ok maybe to masturbate, gain erection but without ejaculation? What are opinions on that?
