Lately I admited to myself my EQ isnt what I really like.Long time I was sort of fooling myself because I did the job but there were 2 main problems..
1.Achiving erection to 90% or more was many times long, I always had to stimulate myself to get it and also imagining some porn stuff or else. I don’t know if this is normal, but I would like to get erection without manual stimulation.
2.When I got it if I didnt “operate” it was gone in some seconds.I hate this also.Achiving it and then you are in some sort of micro stress because you can relax , because it will go away instantly..
I run and weightlift, and eat quite clean stuff.Maybe some supplements to add and to cut down on MEAT and FATS a little more, but otherwise I think this stuff is in order..
Mentally yes I think I am very succeptible to some factors but this is again something it is only in my hands..
What I am asking is which exercises will improve EQ and how to not over do them (and still work on PE goals).
Ok I have jelqs and Kegels.First I feel they are ok.But kegels I don’t know.I almost feel them as negative.Is it because I should do them erected ( that would be quite a task given my EQ and problems with achiving it).Help mi how to do them correctly and in what quantity..
Also probably less porn because I feel I am getting less sensitive ..
Would love to hear all advice you have, especially from guys that have such problem and solve it.! TX in advance!
