Erection quality getting worse

Hey all,

Currently I am 25, and have noticed that my erections have been poor quality for the last few months. When I was younger, say 20-23. I use to have very strong erections. I was BPEL 7x5.

I haven’t measured now, but I do notice a decrease in overall size and firmness when it’s erect. Put it this way, you know when you blow a balloon, it’s all firm and nicely filled out? That’s how I was, now I am that balloon but maybe 2 days later when the balloon looses air and becomes wrinkly.

I consider myself to be in good shape, although I was in better shape in college, maybe I have put on 15lbs since then, but that doesn’t seem enough to change my chemistry.

Anyone have similar occurrences and/or solutions?

Do you smoke?

Nope, never have.

Do you drink a lot? are you overweight? are you feeling depressed or insecure about your size? do you have emotional problems of any kind?

I don’t drink a lot, maybe once a week, if that. I am not lean, but am not overweight either. I would say I am insecure now due to the quality of the erection.

Okay, so what in the way of PE are you doing?

Putting on 15 pounds can change your chemistry, especially if it’s all crappy fat weight (which means your diet is horrible).

How clean is your diet?

Diet is good, lots of vegetables, but also a good amount of meat.

I’m sure the gain was almost fat as this was a transition period from college to work, so I had less time to workout, but kept my diet the same.

I dabbled in PE a few years ago, I stopped when I started becoming distracted with other responsibilities, but I would say I never truly followed it religiously. I am looking to get started again, but at the moment I’m trying to find some reason to my observations. Perhaps getting hormones checked out would be a good idea.

Do you practice kegels exercises?

Not for awhile. I never truly followed PE, but what I’m trying to figure out is the decrease in Erection quality. Since PE never played a major role, the lack of PE cannot really be responsible for it. I’m thinking it has to be health wise, perhaps just need a little more excercise for better blood flow, or perhaps it’s hormonal.

If you have gained size, the new volume of the penis needs to be filled with more blood, that is why you need to practice kegels in order to fill the penis with more blood in order for the ballon to be fully streched not “wrinkly”.

Get fit now dude whilst you are 25. It’ll be easier than when you are 35.

Do you have any stress from work/ family/ whatever? Try to sort them out.

Also you could do the newbie routine:)

Yes kegels but also jelqs. Kegels increase blood flow but jelqs promote better circulation. Combined, they can be a powerful combo.

How much water do you drink and how much sleep do you normally get? And is it good sleep where you wake up feeling refreshed?
