Cardio and overall fitness/health is really important on this subject I agree.

But also regular masturbating leads to that issue aswell, try to stay abstinent for a while and care for your fitness. You should see the first results within 1-2monts of discipline. If you don’t, consider checking a urologist

I double what amar7 wrote: cardio and overall fitness are critical to good EQ. I’ve found that nothing improves my EQ as much as cardio does and the improvement is pretty quick (a week or two of 3 40 minute workouts a week). Of course, kegels and light jelqing should help as well. Again, like amar7 wrote, if you don’t see improvement after a month with these changes then you need to talk to your doctor.

Thank you for all the replies. I consider myself pretty healthy. I have been lifting for 11 years now, but for the last year or so I have significantly slowed down in maintaining myself, but I wouldn’t say I am that out of shape. I am slowly adding jogging into my routine. Following a program called couch to 5k to build up my jogging stamina.

I will try kegels, and eventually add jelqing. I have decided to take a break from beating it, figure doing it 2 sometimes 3 times a day is probably really over doing it!

To clarify, it is not that I am not horny. I get regular morning wood, and random wood through out the day. What I am suffering from is the lack of quality of the erection.

Yeah, it really is. Cut that back to 2-3 times a week and you’ll see an improvement in erection quality.

No Drugs and rarely any alcohol, maybe 3-4 days out of an entire month. I going on vacation soon, so that the alcohol quantity will increase :)

Woe wait a minute! My erections have suffereed, after being consistant with hanging for the past month. Flacid length is longer and erections are like that 2 day old balloon described earlier. So (avantasia), are you saying it’s possible I’m bigger and can’t fill up right now?

Maybe, it is a possibilty, bigger penis needs more blood…
