Hi everyone

I’ve started PE’s since 6 week now, and I’ve got some nice gains.

But since 2 weeks now, I’ve got some problems to get an erection..

My routine is:

30 min of jelq
5X30 stretchs

2 days on, 1 day off

Please help

Dont jelq so much, and take a week break.

How many stretches? Or better yet, how much time do you stretch a day?

DUde its the jeqling that is way too much for a newbie, actually for a lot of people.

Ok, I will take a week break and calm down on jelq.

I hope to quickly be able to have erections, this week end I could’nt have sex with my girlfriend.. :/

In the meantime, strap-on a baguette! :)

Well that depends if he’s actually doing 600 strokes. It takes me twice as long to get the same results (10 minutes for 100 strokes, 20 for 200 strokes, etc.).

If he is doing the default 600 strokes in 30 minutes, then yeah, that’s too much. I’m in my tenth week of PE and I’m on 400 strokes. I did 300 for the past month and 200 when I started. Split the jelqing time in half and like gameofinches said, take a short break.

Erection problems are common from too much PE, but are temporary, so don’t worry. Rest and you will be ok.

Are you doing kegels?Kegels seem to me like the base of the pillar.I remember that for a time I didn’t feel like doing kegels,and I did the streches and my erections became weaker.

It’s now good I don’t have erection problems anymore. :)

Currently, I makes approximately 300 strokes (30 minutes) by days, I will reduce to 200.

Nothing will keep you standing up like the kegels bro’. They’ve also helped me to go longer. I’ve found that a wickedly tightened kegel at just the right moment can throw me almost back to the starting line orgasm-wise. A good trick. Remember, there’s two ways to hit the poonanie *long*. One is through sheer length, the other is through length (of time). ;-)
