I have been doing pe for 2 1/2 months know consisting of jelqs and stretching and everything has been fine till the other night the wife and I was having sex and before I was done I lost my erection this has never happened to me before. Do you think it was from over training or some other reasons? I have never had problems before.
Yes, it could be from over training. Take a day rest before having sex and it should be fine. Also, if that is not the problem, try kegels to help you.
