I’m a newbie here and am just starting PE. I am having a hard time visualizing erection percentages for jelqing. 100% would of course be a complete hard erection. But what does 50% and 75% erection look/feel like? Fully engorged almost to erect volume yet a very limber penis (50%)? Please help.

When I first started I was very much a grower and the % erection level corresponded to size of erection and hardness. eg 75% would be 75% firm and 75% of max erection. Now I am more a shower and use firmness as a guide line.

I saw a good explanation of this one and I can no longer find it. My basic understanding of the post (which I agree with) was that you want it engorged, not erect. If there is any “hardness” to it, then you need to bring it down a level.

Now that being said, I almost always start my jelq sessions with a small flaccid and build up. As you start with the flaccid jelqs, more blood will engorge your penis until you have the biggest, fullest flaccid you can have without being hard at all. That’s where you want it to be and stay at for your session.

Jelqing with less is absolutely fine too. Less engorged flaccids still get benefit from the workout too.

This is news to me. I am a PE vet who’s stuck in a rut, no gains, etc.

Can any vets please expand on this assertion? Could this be why I’m not gaining? In other words because I’m not doing it this way??

Not sure, but maybe the inner point is that you should try to move blood in your penis, not squeeze it.

I was told ~ best erection level is a good full flaccid with no or little rise. Think post sex hanging, big and full and go from their.

You want to be able to move more blood in and be able to expand to grow.
