I’ve been trying out the newbie routine for a few days now, and I just have a few questions: During the manual stretches I tend to lose my erection after a while, any tips on how to stay hard during the stretches? And also for the Jelqs, how hard should I jelq? I really don’t want to injure my penis and I’m worried that if I do it too hard might damage my penis.

1 Stretches should be preformed totally flaccid. The only blood that is allowed is some in the glans to improve grip.

2 Jelq with moderate force. Jelq at a 20-40% erection for length and 60-80% for girth.

O.o wow good thing I posted here lol. Just that in the video it looked like it was erect. Whew.
