I know it’s a old topic but I would like to know your advices. I want both girth and length gains, but it will be harder to get length due to my goals. So what erection level should I keep? I keep about 50-60, right level? What level you do it?


Starting size:BPEL 5.7" EG-4,92" 12,5cm

Realistic goal:7.5"BPEL 6inch GIRTH, Dream goal:8,26BPEL 6.0INCH GIRTH

From what you posted, its difficult to understand what kind of results you’re really after. I think that whatever your goals are, length or girth, you should stick with the newbie routine for at least 8 weeks to condition your penis and make sure you don’t injure yourself. Better safe than sorry, after all, what good is an extra inch on your dick if you can’t get it up because you injured yourself.

Maybe halfway through your newbie progress, at 4 weeks when your dick is better conditioned, you can focus more on the stretching part of your workout if you’re after length gains or more on jelqing if you’re after girth.

For newbies I think erection level should never exceed 60% if you want to be safe. From what I’ve read lower erection levels with jelqing are better for length gains than higher erection levels, which improve girth more.
