Erection is parallel to body. How to make it perpendicular

When I have a full erection it is parallel to my body. If I try to push it down to make it perpendicular, I can feel my “inner penis” inside my scrotum double over and it hurts. Even when I’m semi-erect and jelq with an overhand grip, I can feel some discomfort in that location. And due to “standing at attention,” there are certain positions I can’t do with a girl. Is there any way or any exercises I can do to make my erection perpendicular? Are my ligaments to tight/short and that causes my erect penis to be parallel to my body?

I’m no expert, but definitely start stretching your penis downward, this can only help. Stand like a catcher in a baseball game, and tug your penis to the ground. With your leg muscles, try to pull (aka stretch) your penis off the ground, but still keep it on the floor by pulling down with your hand/s. Like I said, this won’t make matters any worse so go for it. There is only so much you can do, and this will help you get started.

I am going to agree with Springer, stretch downward. I had the same problem as you, parallel erection. It made just about any position but missionary on the verge of painful, not to mention that it felt like my penis would explode from all the blood. After a ton of reading I decided to stretch mostly downward, and it helped a bunch.

I am not perpendicular now, but I am about 2/3 of the way there, and it makes all the difference in the world. I can now push down to just below straight out before it starts to get uncomfortable like before.

I have/had the same problem as you guys, my penis was parallel but even before I knew about PE I just started pushing it down whenever I had an erection.. Now it’s alot more flexible.. The PE stretching might help me some more!

You may be both surprised and encouraged to learn that a firmly erect (even horizontal) penis will actually bend upward, adjusting to the conforms of the vagina. You may not feel it, but it’s happening.

Yea they have done xrays of couples during sex and theres no way the penis stays straight
