Hi guys, wanna seek your opinion on this issue. You see, I had finished my PE newbie routine about 6 hours ago, and there was no pains or aches. I had also did some Fowfers for about 45mins.

Just a short awhile ago, my testicles started aching, but its a pretty dull ache and its pretty bearable. However, when I got an erection, I could positively feel that its quite uncomfortable, almost akin to my dick feeling as though its gonna burst. Its very hard though.

Anyone knows whats going on? Am I overdoing things or is this normal?

Hello experienced the same problem, took a day off.Still sore now and then but it`s totally bearable(gives the sort of pain saying I have a dick).

I’m not an expert, but it sounds as if you might have overworked your dick a bit with the jelqing and stretching exercises. You didn’t say how long you’ve been at PE, but since you’re doing the newbie routine, probably your penis isn’t well conditioned to PE work.

The good news is that you had no trouble getting fully hard afterwards and came just fine, so there should be no significant injury. Perhaps you might try easing up on your routine a little and see if the situation improves. If it does, then just carefully add time to your workouts on a gradual basis. It’s obvious that you’re keeping aware of your body’s response to PE. That’s essential to warding off injury. You may have to customize your personal PE routine a bit. It could help you to keep a PE journal so it becomes easier to track exactly what you’ve done over time, noting reactions along the way, both positive and negative, so that you don’t have to rely on an uncertain memory.

I have been at PE for about 5 weeks now, more or less. It was the first time I had an uncomfortable erection. The only difference from my old routine is that I just started doing Fowfers for about 2 sessions. Perhaps I overstretched it a little.

Well the good news is that there is no soreness this morning when I woke up. Thank goodness.
