Erection has decreased after first day of PE
So yesterday I finally decided to start my doing PE and I was very excited as I was looking onwards to getting some good gains. My exercise went as follows: more than 5 minute warm up, and 20 jelqs with very light pressure applied to my penis after which I did another warm up session , and did another 20 jelqs with the same amount of pressure. After my exercise everything seemed ok as I was still getting hard and had sustained erections throughout the night and morning wood. But as the day progressed I have been noticing a decrease in my erection quality as it is very hard to get erect now and when I do get fully erect I start to lose the erection almost immediately. Sigh!! This is not necessarily how I planned my 1st experience with PE to go. But I have been coming down with a cold yesterday and it has gotten worse today so could that be a factor as to why my erections have become like this? Before this I used to get erections so quickly even without much stimulation. Also does the fact that I masturbate alot play apart in this as well?. Maybe this is nothing serious and I’m just worrying about it a bit too much, has this ever happened to anyone else here?
