I could not come up with the right question on search, so I will take the hit for this. Is there a loss of duration of erection after the first week of jelqing and stretching, or is it a reaction to the irritation of the process? The increase in girth almost seems equivalent to a layer of fat. Does that eventually become part of a “rock hard” erection, and does the intensity of the erection eventually increase, as well as the duration and other amenities?

Usually a loss of erection strength is a sign you are going overboard in your enthusiasm to make quick gains. Perhaps you should reduce the intensity of your jelqing.

But I am also curious about your description of a layer of fat. Do you have some sort of swelling going on, or perhaps an allergic reaction to a lube you are using?

Lo’, gprent. I am using vasoline and K-Y, but will switch ti K-Y exclusively. So I may have overdone it the first time and will back off. Done properly, there is no nerve damage, and the sensitivity and erection duration should continue to be enhanced, no matter how long you do PE?

Yes. The tendency is to have harder erections from various types of PE, once you are conditioned to it. The appearance of there being a layer of “fat” might very well be from post-exercise swelling. How long have you been at this? What exactly are you doing? And how much time are you doing it for? But as Gprent said, diminished erection quality is usually a clear sign of “overtraining.”

Some people have reported that sensitivity has decreased a bit from PE, leading, among other things, to longer-lasting erections during intercourse. But nerve damage is another thing. If you are experiencing nerve damage, then you are doing something wrong. Let us know exactly what you are doing and what is going on, and I’m certain the people here will help.

Things change constantly, it appears. I was surprised after working out twice, several days apart, to see the beginner workout and how many strokes are recommended. I know I wasn’t nearly at that, but being completely un-desensitized, it probably did create swelling. That seems to be going away, only to be replaced by a strained ‘strand’ running down the base halfway on the top left side. It didn’t interfere with sex at 4 am, however, and I felt much fuller and deeper. What a sensation! And in her mouth? The heightened sensitivity is outstanding! Thanks to all you moderators, counselors, and wisemen. I wish more people knew about this way to enhance their relationship, sex life, and if need be, self-esteem.
