Erection angle
Hi all,
I’m currently using a pure stretching routine consisting of a warm up/down, a 4 way stretch, rotor stretch and V stretch, for around 5 minutes per exercise. The problem is that after a few alternating days of performing this routine, I have seemed to have lost part of my erection angle and stability (it’s alot easier to wobble around.)
Is this Normal??
Any feedback appreciated.
