This isn’t a newbie routine. I’m aware that fully erect work is advanced, but the thought crossed my mind. What exactly is erect stretching? Is it literally tugging on your penis as in flaccid stretching? Can it also incorporate pushing your erection in direction that’s not natural? For example, when standing I have a very pronounced upwards curve. A very strong base that has little give to it. If I’m sitting or laying down it’s automatically laying on my belly, and if I kegel it raises from my belly about 3”. This being said, if I push my unit down I feel an extreme stretch. With 90% or above erection I can’t push it much past 45° away from my legs when standing straight. Of course I ease into this to avoid discomfort or injury. It feels almost like stretching your hamstring. I also feel a slight stretched feeling pushing left or right. I definitely feel fatigue after doing this, but it isn’t painful. Is this in anyway beneficial? Could this be considered erect stretching?

I have the same build with the strong upward angle and tight logs that stretch when you try to push it down. Funny this is this puts pressure in a good place for my wife so I don’t really want to lose that upward force.

I do occasionally stretch that way though. It feels intense for sure. Warmup with heat I’d say and go slow.

What is erect stretching? It’s called dangerous!

Erect stretching? How can you even stretch a rock hard penis? I don’t know about this.

I think stretching is the wrong term. So when you have an upward pointing erection it can stretch the ligs to push it down. Say you are standing and your erection is pointing at the ceiling. If you push it parallel to the ground you feel it in your ligs. I can’t go much past parallel. When my wife’s on top I have to be careful that she doesn’t lean back too much.

So it’s not pulling the penis outward but more pushing it down so it’s not pointing up. You can go side to side too. I really feel the lig stretch there.
