Erect Stretching?
This isn’t a newbie routine. I’m aware that fully erect work is advanced, but the thought crossed my mind. What exactly is erect stretching? Is it literally tugging on your penis as in flaccid stretching? Can it also incorporate pushing your erection in direction that’s not natural? For example, when standing I have a very pronounced upwards curve. A very strong base that has little give to it. If I’m sitting or laying down it’s automatically laying on my belly, and if I kegel it raises from my belly about 3”. This being said, if I push my unit down I feel an extreme stretch. With 90% or above erection I can’t push it much past 45° away from my legs when standing straight. Of course I ease into this to avoid discomfort or injury. It feels almost like stretching your hamstring. I also feel a slight stretched feeling pushing left or right. I definitely feel fatigue after doing this, but it isn’t painful. Is this in anyway beneficial? Could this be considered erect stretching?
