Erect Stretching, Scheduling and General Health - Need Advice
Sup guys, I’ve been trying to abstain from ejaculation the last few weeks now and it’s making me crazy, to the point where it’s affecting both my projects and my PE routine. Every time I put the Penimaster on, the bloody thing starts to get erect and it’s a race to properly attach everything.
When I start to wrap it with cotton gauze, it gets erect, so I leave it for awhile.
When I start to put the strap on, it starts again, so I leave it again.
Same goes when I insert the base and the rods, attaching, etc.
I stretch to the 6:00 position, and for the first 5-10 minutes it’s still a bit hard and a little stingy (though I don’t think this is dangerous pain) around the parts where the strap is on. For the next 30-50 minutes it’s semi-semi-erect I think, I mean I look at the thing and my shaft does not look flaccid at all, and my glands is engorged always.
I have completed a 3-month newbie routine and I only have 1 month of Penimaster experience in my belt.. Using it for 3-6 hours a day, also doing manual V-stretching 20-30 minutes a day - everything for 5 days on/2 days off.
I didn’t measure during the newbie routine stage (noticing girth growths though) but I gained 0.0625 inch in length after a month of using Penimaster, that would be 0.375 inches in 6 months or 0.75 inch in a year.. Am I doing this wrong? I’m only at 5.375 BPEL and 4.625 mid-shaft EG.
Should I ejaculate frequently more/when needed?
Also need warning/advice about the stuff I’m taking (5/2 on/off):
Multivitamins (w/ breakfast)
Vitamin E 400iu (w/ breakfast)
Pantothenic Acid 18g (not for PE, hopefully this doesn’t conflict with the rest)
3g L-Arginine Pyroglutathingy (b4 breakfast and b4 sleep, with orange juice, no eating for next/past 2-3 hours)
Zing 50mg (b4 sleep, taken together with arginine, does this conflict?)
I’m 23, and I think I’m an ovo-vegetarian; means I eat eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, seeds only. I get the rest of my protein from wheat-isolate shakes 40-60g a day. I think the celery, bananas, almonds and the occasional oysters are contributing to the dilemma.
I also do weight lifting and intense 10-minute cardio M-W-F and it’s eating 3 hours per session or 9 hours a week, I’m thinking of transferring the sessions on the weekends instead so that I can put more hours on PE during the weekdays.
So to summarize my questions:
1. Should I ejaculate more often to avoid too much sensitivity? Or semi-semi-whatever-erect stretching still works?
2. Are my supplements within safe dosage?
3. Does Zinc conflicts with arginine if taken together?
4. Misc question: Can I still get a good physique working out 2 days on, 5 days off?
5. I am planning to do a hardcore 12 hours a day stretching, easy tension if I have to.. Do I need to rest on weekends or it’s supposed to be a 7-days-a-week thing? Is it safe to incorporate Power Jelqing if I do this (I’ll follow 2 on/1 off)?
I tried searched, I learned a lot, but I also get mixed answers. I don’t mind if not all my questions are answered now.. For everything else I would just like to leave my mark here.
