So, I haven’t gained for about 3 years and have been on a break for about 8 months. I started up last week by doing some jelqing for only 5 minutes and stretching for 5 minutes but one thing I’ve added is that I get an erection and then kegal in more blood and push down with my palm ( I have an upwards curve ). This causes insane amount of pressure and I’ve had slight discomfort in my dick during the day after. I don’t know if it’s because of the angle no longer being upwards when I get an erection but I’ve gained 0.5 inches in length thus far. If it continues then it definitely is true gains. Does anybody else do this?

I’m new here, and I have to say I have recently discovered this exercise, and it definitely helps- not only in length but in girth too.

I have a variation in that I am holding a tightly packed mid shaft with one hand, bring my hand up, out and then tug out and down, while pushing the head with the palm of my hand.

In just a week or so of doing this, my “flash readings” of girth near the base seem to have become permanent, and also greater, and length does increase too by as you say, around half an inch- such a great exercise that has minimal recovery time too.

Thats a great notice. With the kegels you teach your body to sustain the expansion you created prior.

If you are able, you can do it also to the left and right to give it some variation.

Erect kegels are awesome. Look up “towel raises” too. They will blow your EQ sky high. You have to train up to all of these gradually enough though or they will mess with your pelvic floor. I do clamped erect kegels when I am clamping, damn are they good ;)

I believe I never really had a upward curve to begin with but masturbating prone style since I was five years old will make it so :)
