Hey, so I’m new here and wanted some advice.

I’ve been doing this for around two weeks. The first week I kept on coming in a couple of minutes.

Now I seem to be able to go for hours, however I keep getting really hard erections and wondered if I could cause damage at this early stage.

So far I noticed stronger wood-ability to last longer and a little more girth. Also my penis feels like it’s more stretchy that it was before and can stretch more. I don’t want to do any permanent damage, however I’ve had no pain only positive results so far. Should I go for it, or proceed with caution?

PS-I wish I knew about this PE stuff when I was younger, my dick was so small I had to go to a doctor all he did was offer a testosterone injection. He should have showed me this. My gains going really well so far.

Erect + Jelquing + Newbie = NO!

Common problem for new guys. Stop jelqing when you get wood and start back up when it subsides. Time consuming and a pain in the ass, I know. Your unit will quickly become acclimated.

Some may adapt faster, but better to be safe than sorry. Loss of EQ and the potential for nerve damage and loss of sensitivity are common to the unconditioned dick by doing advanced exercises like erect jelqing.

It sounds as if you have adapted quite well given that you can jelq for so long, which is edging as well as jelqing, but look to other physical indicators such as loss of EQ and on-going soreness/numbness as gauges as to how far to push.

Are you following the newbie routine otherwise?

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

I’ve been at it for four weeks now, the last two of which I added “higher” erection percentage jelqs (80%+), only 50 of them or so. I didn’t experience any pain, negative PIs or anything during those last two weeks, but here recently, my erection quality has dropped. I also suggest don’t do it, it will catch up to you and you’ll have to lay off for a while (like me). It’s your dick. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

I landed here a few weeks ago after quitting porn. This PE is stuff is such a good replacement. I work from home and can do it while I work.

I read the newbie stuff, watched the videos and spent a long time thinking about it before doing. The thing is I’ve read stories of guys saying their dicks really hurt after week one and I’m not getting any pain, but I also don’t want a small dick that don’t work at all so I won’t do it just yet..

I’ve also been trying the Slinky and stretching with the Kegels.
