EQ still lower after 1 month break

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I started the basic newbie PE routine about 2 month’s ago with some dry jelqing and some wet jelqing, making sure to warm up and warm down. I started noticing that my penis fell towards being more flaccid while jelqing than when I started and after a certain session I felt some soreness, so I took a break. It’s been 1-1.5 months though now, and my EQ doesn’t seem to have recovered much. I used to get more morning and night wood than I do now, and after masturbating, I get flaccid more quickly than I used to. Anyone have an idea of what to do?

Any new stressors in your life? I’d recommend no strenuous PE and daily edging for a bit. Check your diet and sleep as well.
