Hey all,

Long time lurker. Tried PE 2-3 years ago. Was doing basic newbie routine. Felt some numbness after and then randomly during sex with girlfriend and it freaked me out so I stopped.

Since then, I’ve been dealing with EQ issues and mental confidence waning. Few things I’ve noticed about myself since that time.

1) I am no longer 100% rock-hard like I used to be. That is important to me because I have low girth.
BPEL: 6.2” MEG: 4.2”
Ideally, I want to be around 7 and 4.8” at the minimum.
I can no longer keep it up for a few minutes after sex as well. I believe thats due to porn and decreased in sexual frequency. I am not getting laid as much.

2) My CC is not engorged at times. There are days when I wake up and my CC is flat from laying on it. Feels like a thin Reed. I’m not sure if anyone else has this and I’m freaking myself out but I was curious if I could have a structural issue. I prefer to have as much volume as possible due to my low girth.

3) I have noticed that my balls hang lower and my flaccid is longer than I am used to. Maybe my PE and stretching had elongated my flaccid. Now I wonder if the blood is actually getting there to make up for any flaccid gains. I have a very thin flaccid noodle.

4) I am 5’11” around 185 pounds. I have a desk job and for the past year.. I haven’t been working out (which is no common for me). I also have high cholesterol. I pretty much know that I need to work out, drink water, eat healthy, and lower my cholesterol for better blood flow. But the other issues I was wondering the best thing for me to do to improve my girth.

I am a flat top penis guy. Does PE work well for those types of penises? Like I said before, Id like to get to 4.8-5” girth but have read that it is harder for guys with not a lot of girth to achieve this.

Anyone else have the same issues or type of penis to help a newbie?

Yes, I ‘ve been having similar issues, check out ‘The Hardness Factor by Steven Lamm. I don’t really know what the cause is on my side but I’ve started to work out again and take L-Arginine and pine bark extract and it’s had a more than positive effect.

My recommendation would be cut porn completely out and I bet your EQ at least slightly improves. I’d also recommend looking into your diet and incorporating some cardio based exercises to help with bloodflow.

+1 on the hardness factor. Every man should read that book.

Does anyone know if having a flat top penis with low girth is more difficult to gain girth and volume?

And some of the injury risks or limitations with less tissue to work with?

Also you should be physically active in some way. Your body will thank you later. Supplements aren’t necessary. Supplements are meant to supplement your diet. If anything get a multivitamin.

I would also stop sleeping on my stomach if I were you. You get erections at night and sleeping on it couldn’t be good.

Wow, this is almost exactly what I’m going through. My CC is almost non-existent some days, possibly due to an injury (I have a thread about this). I think that’s a big reason my EG is on the low side (4.4).

Definitely let me know if you have any major discoveries about this…

Working out might help a TINY bit with that. But kegel-related muscles are so totally different that only kegeling can help. (Maybe squats will help a bit, come to think of it…)

I to have low girth and have completed the newbie routine. I plan on using an xtender for a year and then moving on to clamping and pumping for girth. I am after length first but not much.

Yeah I’ve been working on it. I’ve also noticed that when kegaling flaccid.. My penis barely moves.

Also, the glans don’t inflate much when erect and kegeling. I need to somehow improve that. I need more blood rushing to my cock and engorging my CC.

I’m not sure that should be a source of worry. I had to pull out the little fella to check on this, but I don’t get much movement, either, when fully flaccid. And I’m pretty strong down there. But there may be some Kegel Kings here who have a different experence.
