OK guys, I started PE close to 2 weeks ago. My routine is as follows:

5 minutes hot wrap
5 stretches at 30s a piece (up,down,left,right,SO)
20 wet jelqs ~5s a piece
5 minutes hot wrap

OK, now that my details are out of the way here is the story. I started with the hot wraps and the jelqing for the first week. When I added the stretching late last week I noticed my EQ fell. I can still get it up but its maybe 70-80%, usually ~ 70%. Did adding stretching contribute to the loss of EQ? I really need length before I add girth but as far as my measurements are going I have added .375 inch girth and .25 inch length. Some of that may be contributed to EQ gains before I started stretching. I just want to know if I should stop stretching, rest more, or what? My current routine is 2 on and 1 off. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Nice gains. Try stretching more gently, and taking an extra rest day as needed. Those are great gains for 2 weeks, even if part of it is EQ, so keep doing what you’re doing. There are so many factors in EQ and your routine is minimal so I doubt you’re overdoing it. EQ should recover on its own as your body adjusts to the new workout, but if it doesn’t after another week or two, then try removing the stretching and see if it makes a change.

Try doing jelqs only 2-3 seconds long.

Your penis has changed a great deal in a very short period of time. No wonder it’s stressed out a little. The best thing to do when there is a dramatic EQ drop, is to lessen your PE effort to a previously ok level, or even take a total rest.

Thank you so much for the advice guys! I will take another day or two off and see what happens. As for the gains, I was really surprised and happy that they are coming so quickly! Well my EQ was fantastic until tonight when I started my stretches in the shower. I have been doing only 2x30 second tunica stretches and when I did my first one I didn’t ease into it like I should’ve. The shaft expanded and I felt a very odd accordion like feeling( like when you pull one apart) and my junk immediately shriveled up. I then tried to get it up and it was only about 50%. I masturbated until orgasm hoping it would get harder as I neared orgasm. Needless to say it didn’t. When I came I had this weird, slightly painful tightness in the area between my balls and anus. I stopped my PE session and am gonna give it as much rest as necessary. I think the ED problem is psychological because there was no pain in the stretch, only upon ejaculation. I will baby it and see how things pan out. Any input would be much appreciated!

How do you stretch? Do you yank it or do you ease into the stretch? Easing in is preferable it gives a chance for you to feel how much you are stretching and for any tissue that’s going to slide over any other tissue, to do so. Also, ensure the web between first finger and thumb is atop your penis and that you are positioned slightly behind the glans. It may well be worth waiting until you are out of the shower to stretch, so that you can wrap something around your penis under where you would grip, to pad it.

Stretching can cause momentary problems getting an erection, maybe evenlasting1/2 an hour, which shouldn’t be considered an adverse side effect but after that you should be fine. It’s helpful to regain circulation between stretches. Is your EQ problematic immediately after stretching or some time after?

My stretch is just the normal upward manual stretch with an underhand OK grip. I’m pretty sure I have the hand positioning correct; just got sloppy with the timing. I didn’t give the shaft time to expand before I was at full stretch. My EQ issues usually go away a couple hours after my session but this time it lasted about 4 hours. The problem generally starts immediately but hadn’t lasted that long before. Maybe stretching isn’t my thing :-) I still have jelqing though! Anyway, moral of the story thus far is don’t ever get in a hurry to do your workout! I have to learn to practice what I preach :-) Thank you for the insight and continued support Mem!

Yea you did! You provided information that proved my theory. I had the grip correct, just didn’t ease into it like I should have.
