I recently finished my 4th month. I had some gains so far, but in the last 2 months my EQ got weaker. I´ll try to let you know what and how I do things for you to tell me what is wrong:
1 - I´m still doing the Newbie´s Routine. In the 3th month, I increased stretches for 5:30 min to 6 min and to about 12 min of jelquing. I the 4th, 7 min of stretches and 15 min of jelquing;
2 - I do streches (30 sec each) downward, forward, upward, sides and circular (1 to 2 min);
3 - I tend to do jelq between 40 to 80% of erection level. Some times I do more to 80% level and not lower than that;
4 - Before I start the Newbie´s Routine I did 3 weeks of 300 kegels daily. In the first 2 months I did the 5 sec 50 kegels. From the 3th month forward I decreased kegels, because at that time my EQ was alrealy not to good and I thought I was overdoing kegels. So, in the last 2 months I start doing 50 kegels, 1 or 2 sec each (sometimes I forget).
5 - Sometimes I do 3 or 4 sets of ulis (10 to 15 sec), mixed with jelquing;
6- My gains decreased in the last 2 months, mostly girth. Here they are:
- START - BPEL: 6.3” , NBPEL: 5.7”; EG: 4.75”;
- 1th month - Length: 0.15” ; Girth: 0.13”
- 2th month - Length: 0.13” ; Girth: 0.00”
- 3th month - Length: - 0.12”; Girth: 0.05” in girth.
- 4th month - Length: 0”: Girth: 0”
7 - I masturbate almost every day and have sex about 2 times a week (I ejaculate mostly 2 times in each session). Lately I avoid masturbation most of the days I did PE. Somedays I have sex is day ON of the routine and I wait for about 4 or 5 hours to do PE after;
I guess my poor EQ is related to the lack of gains. Also, the Winter is really bad to PE. Probably you´ll tell me to take 1 or 2 weeks off but, won´t that pause ruin my gains? I would like you to help me, please.
