EQ is through the roof...diet?

My EQ has been great lately thanks to kegels and jelqs, but I think that certain foods that I have been eating recently have helped a lot with my EQ as well. I generally try to eat fairly well, but I am convinced that the foods I have been eating lately have really helped increase blood flow giving me very hard, stiff erections with a high erection angle.

I eat 2 or 3 meals a day, but the foods that I specifically think are helping with my EQ are raisins, peanuts (and/or peanut butter), and grapes (really just fruits in general). Nothing special or out of the ordinary, but I really think that they have helped a ton. I’m not exactly sure if this is also helping my EQ, but I also want to note that I take a multivitamin every day.

Just something I thought was worth sharing. Maybe we don’t need really need to buy expensive or weird supplements to help with erections.

No way! Stopping PE so that you can gorge yourself on peanuts and grapes to see how it effects your EQ is silly.

Just my 2 cents: if you eat right, exercise, and are just generally healthy then you will have better EQ. Healthy body healthy cock.

I also take a multivitamin every day, and I notice a slight decline in both energy and EQ when I don’t take it. In fact, I have to take it after PE so that I can maintain a low erection level!

Great to hear your getting some awesome EQ Kiwbo009! I myself am eating healthier and exercising more regularly now a days as well as taking a multivitamin. I’ve been snacking on mixed nuts as well as eating peanut butter and a wide variety of fruit also. My EQ is also doing amazing, I have always had morning wood but now my morning erections last quite a while after getting up, also I have had a strange (but appreciated) spike in girth lately! So maybe there is a correlation seeing how similar our scenarios are.
