So, I have been PE’ing for a week. And although my unit looks and feels really fluffy(?) and nice, flaccid as well as erect, I don’t seem to get the rock hard erections that I’m used to.

I suppose it’s due to me being to eager to get going. I haven’t really had any days off.
I guess I should give it a break for a few days, till my EQ is back on track. Y

Have anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do?

The steadily engorged state is a positive sign, but that is usually accompanied by spontaneous erections, and hard ones when you get them. Try to incorporate a regular rest day and be mindful of negative PI’s. You may want to consider easing back on your reps or intensity as well.

Take days off! Specially in the newbie-routine. Dont overdo things my friend.

I would start off by taking every other day off. If you’re erections improve, then after a week or two you can bump it up yo two days on one day off. Then three on one off. Then five on 2 off. Just be sure to bring it up gradually. Most importantly, pay attention to what affects any change in you’re routine has on you’re EQ. If you are making gains, don’t change anything until the gains stop.

Thanks guys. I will be sure to get the days off. I just have to decide if it will be two on - one off, or one on - one off. I should probably try both to see what suits me the best. It’s probably a good idea to ease back on the intensity as well. I love to give my unit a good pounding.

Thanks a lot, sta-kool. I hadn’t seen those threads. Guess I’m taking some time off before going at it again.

Hopefully I’ve learned my lesson, being able to hold back this time.
