When I first started PE’ing, my EQ shot through the roof, then, like 4-5 weeks ago it started to progressively dip. I have gained about .5-.7 in EL, and minor girth gains…

I don’t know what to do. I’m dating a really attractive girl, who is as amazing a person as she is physically. But my dick just loses its erection WHILE fucking. And I’m having trouble lasting..

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never been one to last more than 8-10 mins in round one… but it’s getting to the point where I’m cumming in a matter of 3-4 mins round one, and even only 8-10 mins for round 2 and 3 (getting hard is increasingly difficult, and I find maintaining the erection is very very difficult and trying to do so mentally is causing me to cum even sooner!)…. typically a round 3 should be an easy 25-30 min session

I’m 23, healthy, and don’t know what’s happening.

I can’t seem to hold kegals for more than a second and I don’t know how to improve that (I’ve been kegalling for months - flaccid)… Has anyone ever tried kegalling while erect? I feel like I notice and feel the hold better and might start doing that.

I masturbate or get laid/head daily. Sometimes twice a day.

Any advice as to what I can do to get better EQ and last longer in bed (in summary lol)? Supplements maybe?

Sounds a bit like over training your “unit”. Sometimes too much PE can lead to a drop in EQ. Listen to your body and ease off a bit.

Dude I think this is purely a mental thing, try and do something to take your mind of PE and sex for a bit.

Also, you can get a vicious cycle started that way. Worrying about your performance getting worse actually makes it get worse.

During intercourse, if you are thinking about these things (I going to cum too quick, I’m not hard enough, etc) you will bring them on.

Don’t worry about; It’s all in your head. Just enjoy the experience. Try having sessions with her where all you do is cuddle, or explore each others bodies. Take turns with oral. Don’t put yourself in a situation where you feel pressure to perform. Last but not least, talk to her about it.

Yeah, I think over training. take a week off. As for kegals while erect. HELLS YEESER. I only kegal while errect. When i do it flaccid it feel like its only hitting half the muscle group. Here is a what I did to improve my kegal.

Get in the shower and make an erection. anything from 70-100% will work. then sit your ass down at the back of the tub. lean back against the back of the tub. Stare directly into your dong. and flex it. It should swell up and become a deeper shade of whatever colour it is. You just did one. (you can do a whole bunch in a row to get a feel for these muscles.) once you got the feeling of a good contraction try to do this.

10 x 1 second squeezes
Break for a few seconds and work the erection back up
10 x 5 second squeeze. (IE try to hold the contraction for a 5 count)
Break for a few seconds and work the erection back up
3 x 30 second squeeze (IE try to hold the contraction for 30secs)
Break for a few seconds and work the erection back up
10x 1 second squeeze

Your are done! Dont worry if you cant do them all perfectly. you’ll build up to that. I cant even hold the last 30 second squeeze myself… but one day i will. and try not to whack off too much or your notice a laps in kegal intensity. IDK I find If I refrain from masturbation my testosterone builds up and I workout/PE much better.

I’m thinking in addition to implementing Jphex’s kegal routine in addition to some after workout edging, I could rebuilding the strength in my grown out dick. Still want to get past 7.5” NBPEL though!! We’ll just have to see how it goes. Thanks for the tips guys.
