I saw lots of people posting what they gained in individual threads. I thought It would be nice and motivational to have one thread with that all that information here.

So, if you finished 3-4 months of the newbie routine or the linear routine - or a modified version of them, please post your results in this thread.

I know of the newbie routine poll and the PE database, but many enter incomplete information into it. I think it would be nice to have a thread detailing newbie gains after a few months of PE. This way, a scroll through this thread will give new members an idea of what to expect. So post away! I’ll chime in in a few months!

It took me just over 1 year to gain 2 inches from the Newbie Routine.

PEing for four months.

Been doing 5-15min jelqing and 2-5min stretching each session at 2 on, 1 off days.

Started 01/01/2012 G 4.85, BPEL 6.4, NBPEL 5.8
Now 01/05/2012 G 5.00(+0.15), BPEL 7.0(+0.6), NBPEL 6.4(+0.6)

For the newbie wanting an idea of gains, from all that I’ve read I would say that the average person in a year will gain around 1 inch length and 0.5 inches girth. Keep in mind that is of course a VERY general estimate. There are so many tips I want to give but I’m just going to say that make sure you read LOTS on here. At least start with this Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! if you haven’t already read it.

Started (01/01/2012): G 4.85, BPEL 6.4, NBPEL 5.8

Now (01/05/2012): G 5.00(+0.15), BPEL 7.0(+0.6), NBPEL 6.4(+0.6)

Goal: G 5.5in, NBPEL 7.5in

I started in January being 6.3” x 5” doing newbie routine 3/4 days a week; in the beginning I did 2 on 1 off but later I cannot be constant due to lack of time (and privacy!), I only paid attention no to train 3 days in a row without rest. I started with a few minutes of five direction stretches and 30-40 strokes of wet jelq (2-3 second strokes), 4 months later I’m at 15-20 minutes of stretches and nearly 200 jelqs. I always warm up with a glass of hot water for about 5 minutes at the start and in the middle of the session, then I end up with a warm shower.
Results: I measure every month, I gained about 0.2” in lenght and 0.1” in girth every month for the first three, nothing on the last one though I have to admit that I’ve been training very little in the last weeks. I’m currently at 6.9” x 5.3”.
About EQ: I’m 30, slim and generally healty, I never had any erection problem (the only time I couldn’t get it up I was too drunk to even stand on my feet.). More, I could say to have the opposite problem, I often get a boner too easily (thing that can be a problem when doing stretches and in some other social situation.. ;-). By the way, after a couple of months of PE I felt that my erection was a little bit less hard than before, but that may be just an impression; all other EQ indicator (morning wood, easy of erection, etc.) are still very good. I have to say that I don’t do much kegels, I’ll try to do better in the future.

@8incyclops: Did you really gain 2 inches in one year with newbie routine only? That’s great! Can you explain better you routine and your gains?

Start (1/2012): 16 cm (6.3") BPEL, 12.8 cm (5") MSEG.

Current (5/2012): 17,5 cm (6.9") BPEL, 13.5 cm (5.3") MSEG.

Routine: Stretches and jelq with proper warm up.

Did you change anything? just regular newbie routine? 5 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing?
