Enlarged frenulum.

Not sure how this happened, but I was jelqing while doing kegel exercise between each of the jelqs. All of a sudden I stop and noticed that the frenulum and underside of the penis has become completely enlarged. It seems as if the underside of my penis has a lower lip to it.

Tried to do a search to see what could’ve gone wrong - but can’t seem to find anything. Any input is greatly appreciated.

No, I don’t think is a good thing. When I meant enlarged, I meant as in it looks like a “blister” when you get a 2nd or 3rd degree burn.

Edit: Ok, this doesn’t look good at all. Now the opening in my penis looks like a pair of lips, looks like a fish.

This sounds like some really fucked up shit. I might go see a doctor. Especially if the condition worsens.

Thanks fellas for the support. Just wanted to give you guys an update, since I’m uncircumcised, it was basically just a build up of lymph fluid not properly draining. Sure enough it was gone with a few hours. After doing some research, realized it was mostly from improper jelqing techniques.

Yup..that’s what it sounds like. Nothing to be alarmed over, like you said it will take a few hours to subside.

Yeah, that’s basically a donut, I get them all of the time. Especially after I use my ADS and/or extender. I think I get them a lot because I pump as well. Is it a bad sign if I always get these, can this condition become “permanent?”

No, a donut is not a swelling of your dickhead, but the circumcision scar area, or “corona” just before you get to the head.

Just lymph build-up. The more often it happens, the more easily it happens, in my experience. You want to try to avoid it happening, but don’t sweat it too much if it does.

I tend to take a couple of days off and let everything fully ‘normalise’ before I do any heavier sessions, if I’ve had more than the slightest bit of build-up. I recon any session heavy enough to cause it takes a couple or more days to recover from anyway.

Yeah, it just happened again today. I made sure while jelqing that the foreskin was pulled all the way back. Still, a slight amount of lymph buildup did occur. I really really should take a few days off, but I’m so stubborn, that I still want to continue. Luckily, this was the 2nd day of the 2 days ON/1 day off routine. I just don’t want to have any lose of gains by taking a few days off.

Maybe change exercise. Instead of jelqing do some ulis 3’s. I just starting doing then and they are the bomb

Yeah problem is I don’t think I have all the right tools to do ulis. I’ll have to check it out again, but thanks for the post.
