These are things to consider. Also, you state that ethanol is estrogenic, but did you know that wine has 2-3 times the ethanol concentration as beer? It seems you contradict yourself with that arguement.
I forgot his name and he is a well known medical doctor so this is coming from a allopathic view. There is a thread on TP about natural ways to boost testosterone. Beer is not one of them. It is probably safer and healthier to drink wine in modertion. The limit on beer is two per day but for men with ED no more than 4 per week because of it’s estrogenic effect, beer also increases DHT.
A glass of wine or a shot of whisky is ok now and then even a little every day it even offers some heart protection and if you are diabetic it also lower blood glucose levels, when my blood sugar use to get up around 400 and the insulin was not working I would grab me a beer or ale.
However again red wine is better for lowering blood sugar than beer or whisky.
Wine has a chemical from the grapes that helps to block aramotase from converting testosterone over to estrogen.
I’m sorry I did not check out the book I will have to wait tell Saturday to check it out life distractions kept me away from the library.
