End of week 1 questions

At the end of week one of the newbie routine, on a rest day, here some questions I hope you can help me with..
Some guys do this after completing the routine, for obvious reasons but is this the measure to use? Having measured myself I’m not sure what you use here. I suppose it doesn’t matter really as long as you are consistent with yourself.
What are the benefits of using a Cold “warm”down, if you get my drift.
As I start I pull my foreskin right back as it’s illustrated. When start my foreskins moves forward as I approach the head. So is this indicating too much pressure (I sure it’s not) or not erect enough, or do you just pull the foreskin back each time, or does it not matter where it is?
Hey How to you pronounce this? Is this meant to do done with an erection or flaccid or with that in between stage, I find that Kegeling soon takes the erection away.
