Howdy?
I just started PE’ing officially Last Sunday The Fourth.

I do the Newbie routine.

7 min w-Up.
5 min stretching
10 min Jelq
7 min Warm Down
I skip the Kegels though and do them when I’m just sitting around or on the computer.

It’s only been 3 days but I am seeing no Positive Signs, but no negatives either.
I don’t have erections in the morning or at night.
No spotting or anything.
The Boy does hang lower after exercise though.
I was reading around and another thread said to take two-weeks off if you don’t have frequent erections.
Should I follow his advice?

The fact that your “Boy” hangs lower is itself a positive sign. I think that you are expecting too much too soon. You need to be prepared for the long haul and don’t expect to see results overnight. Stick to the newbie routine, don’t deviate and soon you should start to see what it is you are looking for. Good luck on your journey and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

I think you are doing great, no need to worry about extra days off just yet.

I suspect that in a week or two you will see more positive signs, and that one of them will be erection quality.

No need to take time off after three days. Do the Newbie Routine exactly as it is written. Take accurate starting measurements. Don’t measure for one month. Plan to do PE consistently for the next couple of years. Do as much reading here as you can. I think that covers it!

I tried PE about 4 months ago heavily, 400 Jelq strokes in shower.

The next morning after evcery session I’d have a rock hard boner.

And always seemed a little bit larger.

Oh, well.

Today’s my day off of PE.

Ill find something else to occupy my time.
