I just started PE’ing officially Last Sunday The Fourth.
I do the Newbie routine.
7 min w-Up.
5 min stretching
10 min Jelq
7 min Warm Down
I skip the Kegels though and do them when I’m just sitting around or on the computer.
It’s only been 3 days but I am seeing no Positive Signs, but no negatives either.
I don’t have erections in the morning or at night.
No spotting or anything.
The Boy does hang lower after exercise though.
I was reading around and another thread said to take two-weeks off if you don’t have frequent erections.
Should I follow his advice?
