i’m just restarting and looking to get a routine. i’m not happy with my size at all really ;. right now i’m at 5.5 inches EBPL and 4inches EG my long goal is going to be 8x6 but my short goal for some time soon is hopefully 6 EBPL within a month maybe? i mainly want to focus on my girth at the beginning. what are some good stretches for girth besides jelqing? i do kegels everytime i’m in the car going to work and back or anywhere i go. i do i believe a fowfer stretch where i pull it behind my check and stretch while i’m on the computer or watching tv. i believe water has something to do with it also so i drink plenty of water. someone once told me the more you work out the bigger it gets. is there any truth to that? i’m mostly looking for some encourangment and some help. i thought i was about 6 already when i used a different measuring but when i used a straight ruler i’m barely at 5.5 and it was really depressing. thanks for any help.
i’m also thinking about getting a membership at mattersofsize.com would most or all support doing that or is there enough i can do through here to reach my goals kind of fast? i don’t have too much time to do it either but i can always make time somehow.
