Is it true that ejaculating too much causes the penis to shrink? What would qualify as over doing it? A study clams that 3-5 ejaculations a week is healthy for the prostate. I am not asking if sex or masturbating causes shrinkage.

If you manage 5 ejaculations in a day, you might find that your last erection of the day is smaller than your first. In which case ejaculation does indeed cause the penis to shrink. If only temporarily. ;)

Do you mean immediate shrinkage, like loss of erection? Surely you can’t permanently lose penis size from ejaculating from sex/masturbation?

I masturbate 3 to 4 times per day, and I’m still gaining very well in PE. I don’t thinking over-masturbation has a shortening effect, however, it decreases sensitivity overtime, but that can be reversed with masturbating less frequently and more lightly.

How much sex would be considered excessive? Isn’t there suppose to be a point when the gains are permanent? It seems unsatisfying to enlarge it and not be able to use it as much you want.
