Hey, I just found out about the Angion Method, he said that Ejaculating does something physiologically and chemically that it halts progress a little from Routine and stuff, I was wondering if anybody else knows if that is true?

In his opinion. He’s not alone in thinking it but I disagree.

I do best when I ejaculate when I need to, every 2-4 days. Over do it and you will be drained. Don’t do it often and you will probably find you become less sexual in general. The sweet spot is somewhere in between. Don’t fret it.

Haven’t been here long enough to really weigh in here.

But I will say if I ejaculate my flaccid is thinner. So if I just worked it and I want it to stay plump and I ejaculate it shrinks.

Don’t know if it correlates to gains. But I’m looking to gain so I want to stay as swole for as long as I can.

Unless my wife wants sex. I will never turn that down.

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

I’ve read somewhere about small test, and as result most of guys who used PE with ejaculation at the end of session didn’t gain so much as people who didn’t. Hard to say if they only slowed their gains down or limited completely. And hard to say about minimal time you need for break. Mostly idea is, after ejaculation your penis shrinks. It might repair elastin in shorter distance (not sure it is and if it is really important), it might limit bloodflow or maybe somehow affect hormones. So it has some sense, but without proper research that’s quite unclear. There were quite similar researches with connective tissue from different areas. And for example, in some people tested how heat and cold affects that. Cold has some positive sides likes minimizing inflammation, decreasing metabolic rate and as result lowering chance for tissue to suffer from hypoxia. And also lowering pain, as result in restoration therapy people who used cold got in few times better result than people who didn’t use anything except stretch. But applying heat+stretch was still significantly better and adding cold after heat+stretch caused loss of elongation (but still slightly better than cold+stretch). So we can say for sure heat is huge friend and probably we should hold side effects as long as we can including bloodflow and expansion, because applying of cold after heating was worse. Ejaculation makes similar work.

I’m not sure on this.

Between 2014-15 I wet jelqed 5 days on, two days off, with stretching before and after. During jelqing, I was applying enough pressure to see spots on my glans.
But I always ejaculated afterwards as a “reward” for my 30 minute jelqing session and due to the massive stimulation of the baby oil lube.
During a jelqing session my dick looked a lot bigger, but it never seemed to retain it’s size. It turtled back up to nothing when I lost my erection.

Was this due to me ejaculating at the end of a session? In my opinion, no.

I distinctly remember getting through three bottles of baby oil during that one year period, so I definitely jelqed a lot.

I am now dry jelqing due to the convenience and no over stimulation. It’s too early to tell if I will gain from dry jelqing or not.

But I’ve also tried “nofap” for 3 months. Yes, I did not ejaculate for 3 months! And during that time I had to have very strong self control, if I saw a sexual TV commercial for instance, I had to use strong will power not to masturbate. After a couple of weeks I could have ejaculated without any stimulation in about 20 seconds.

But after a month I started to completely ignore my dick. It had shriveled up and I sorta lost all interest in it. It just felt pointless doing anything with it, without being able to play with it every now and then.

During the whole time I was also forcing myself to approach women out on the street and despite claims of nofap reducing anxiety, I did not find anything of a sort. I did not find that refraining from ejaculating gave me any heightened senses or awareness.

Nor did my dick hang fatter or magically increase in size. So I don’t think refraining from ejaculating is going to make you’re dick any bigger.

I tend to go in cycles. I won’t ejaculated for 2 weeks then I’ll have several on a weekend. I think that’s the best. As long as you’re not ejaculating as a matter of routine (which I have done before and asked myself why I was even bothering) then it’s not a problem.

No, for some reason I did not gain at all during that period.

It always felt like when I was jelqing I was doing something, but I saw no lasting effects. The only thing I was inconsistent was with was heat. Sometimes I would use a rice sock, sometimes not.

Now I heat for 2 mins before and 2 mins after with a wet flannel. I figure that along with handling my penis that should be enough to get the tissues warmed up.

The dry jelqs feel more controlled to me, but I am nearly a month in and haven’t really seen any gains yet.

Hmm, sorry to hear that. Jelqing can work well for some people, but for others it’s just a waste of time it seems. I don’t know if jelqs gave me gains in the past, because I always stretched as well. My very first routine almost 8 years ago was pure jelqing and I got 1cm lenght, but that could’ve been just better EQ.
