Efficacy of one continuous workout vs. split up during the day
For you more experienced PE vets, is a routine more effective if done continuously for, say, 20-30 mins. Versus a situation where one would could only do a few minutes of dry jelq in the AM, stretches during bathroom breaks during the day, and maybe 10 min. More of jelqs in the shower at night? Must one maintain a certain, or minimum, time of engorgement for it to be effective? Or, can smaller amounts of time throughout the day be just as effective?
