Edging

Finding conflicting advice, is it better to finish after every edge session or sometimes not finish and save it for another time.

I see it both ways as well. I know it’s healthy to come 3-4 times a week. So I’m edging everyday(if possible) for 20 minutes and ejaculating every other time.
