Hi fellas, I’ve been clamping for a month or so now and have definetly noticed an increase in girth :)

I’m only 4.5” in girth and my goal is a touch over 5” - 5.5” and il be cheerin

Can anyone suggest any other girth exercizes?
I’ve heard of edging, ULI’s but have no idea on how to do them

Can someone please explain

I’ll help with edging, as I am currently doing this.

Basically stick some porn on and whack off until your about to come, but stop before you get to the point of no return (you might want to reverse kegel as well). Wait for like 10 seconds or so, and repeat. Keep repeating this for like 20-30 minutes or however long you want to continue for. It really helps with learning about not coming and continueing on as well.

Edging really does work, my girth this morning was quite staggering after a few (enjoyable) rounds of edging yesterday.

Does edging provide long term or permanent results? Or does it just give you a good temporary hang? Can you cement edging gains? I just can’t find the time to edge.

I haven’t been edging long enough to tell for certain - but it does seem to be working for me. Edging is something that is incredibly satisfying, and incredibly rewarding. Personally, I think if you can find time to masturbate, you can definitely find time to edge. Not only does it supposedly act like an inside-out jelq (hence increasing flaccid and erect size), but it also tutors your penis in the ways of fucking perpetually. Furthermore it supposedly increases testosterone levels (which, as far as I’m concerned, is a good thing).

I still don’t really understand edging, but from what I THINK I understand about, I just can’t see how it relates to gains. As for developing control, I guess I can see value in that aspect of it, but many times, I have the opposite problem from many guys—my wife is the one who blows too soon, then she tries to force me to “hurry up and get yours!”

How to Edge:

1: Get some porn.

Edging/ballooning is just extended masturbation. The pressure in the corpora cavernosa doesn’t get much beyond that of a normal erection, so I see no physiological reason that it should cause or help with gains. Those that claim otherwise have not, to my knowledge, given us any proof beyond their words.

I’m open minded, but I agree with you 100%.
However I will start edging, to improve my “control”
