edging routine question
I have been reading about edging on this site for helping correct prem ejac. Wondering if it is good practice to build up to a long term goal in small steps or just keep trying against that long term goal.
What I am trying to say is, would it be productive to start edging for 5 mins till in control and then in following weeks or months move to 10, 15, 20 mins etc
I am trying to undo a bad habit racing to the line.
